DeltaScroll keeps books, reading progress, bookmarks, highlights, notes, shelves, and preferences primarily on your device. EPUB reading and PDF or DOCX conversion happen locally, and core reading features do not require an account. Catalog search, downloads, web search, and Google Drive backup only process the data needed when you choose to use them. Downloadable and Google Drive backups are manual, unencrypted snapshots that can include your books and complete reading state.
